If you wish to return our mugs please send us a message through our contact us page or email us at: info@quickshiftercoffee.co.uk (including your order number) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
All returns will need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange after 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for getting items back to us and your item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it, unused and returned ideally in its original packaging.
